General
Initiation
It is only initiation once they threaten your life. You must value your life when put in a situation where you are in a 3:1 ratio Punching someone twice is initiation (a push is not considered as a punch). If you punch two gang members one time each, it will be considered initiation. Aiming IS initiation. Taxing is NOT initiation. Tasing is NOT initiation. You are NOT allowed to initiate on the Police. You MUST countdown from 10 in order to shoot first. Shooting 1+ car tire is initiation. If someone steals your car, you must announce it’s your car before initiating. Hitting someone or someone’s car 2 or more times is initiation. Roleplay must be active for ATLEAST 1 minute before any sort of initiation can be started. Any sort of death threat on twitter, snapgram, face to face anything IS initiation do not threaten someones life if you dont wanna lose yours. RDM (Random DeathMatch) RDM x1 =60 comserv VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) VDM x1 = 50 Comserv - VDM x2 = 100 Comserv - Mass VDM (3+) = 1 Day Ban - Mass VDM (4+) = 3 Day Ban No VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) -- Intentionally running people over with a vehicle with no intent to roleplay. Continuously running into another person's vehicle is also considered VDM.

You may not join a robbery after police have already arrived.
You must announce how many robbers/hostages AND outside shooters there are, lying will result in a punishment.
You may not respawn until the roleplay is finished or when police tell you to respawn.
Only ONE outside shooter for bank and jewelry robberies.
You cannot rob the big bank unless 4+ cops are online.
If you have an outside shooter, it must be announced.
NO fake hostages.

You must have a working mic to play the server.
Helmets are not allowed.

Bounty Hunters / Assassins are not allowed unless agreed to by the victim.
You must change your clothing when joining the server.

Do not call admin for unnecessary reasons.

You must initiate before taking someone hostage with /th.
No doxxing, ddosing or threatening. (Perm Ban)
No Terrorist / Suicidal Roleplay.
You may not use ERP Emotes in public.
You may not send or use ERP emotes on someone who does not consent.
No using flying cars or any form of vehicle to get to the comserv boat. (1 Day Ban)
Hostage
Add a You are not allowed to have a “fake” hostage for robberies.
You cannot force a hostage to withdraw money from the bank.
The max you can rob someone for is 100k.
Cheating
Any form of advantage such as x64, Mod Menus, No Props, Damage Multiplier, More Ammo etc. will result in a permanent ban from Plasma(RP).
Exploits
You may not piggyback someone while dead.
No drug exploitation (using emotes/movement to farm/sell drugs faster).
You may not talk or /me whilst dead.
Exploiting while being taken hostage is forbidden.
PED RULES
You cannot initiate, shoot, or go into a turf/redzone as ANY ped.
You cannot use a weapon as a baby ped.
You cannot initiate or player bait as a baby ped.
No baby peds allowed in robberies.
